COMPANY PROFILE
Our company is leader in Italy as well as in Europe in the production of plywood curved products made of beech multilayers, such as seats, backs, shellseats and other curved products, mainly destined to the varnishing.
Our production capacity is over a million pieces a year. We have our own peeling plant, using first quality beech whichcomes from the domestic market and from Central Europe.
Veneer is dried and sorted out. Our presses have radiofrequency and overheated water heating systems.
Our own moulds are many and available upon customers’ request. Nonetheless, on specific demand, we produce moulds to manufacture elements on exclusive basis for our clients.
The major part of elements we manufacture is destined to the varnishing (approx. 90%); if necessary we glue veneers of several types or innovative laminates on exposed sides of products.
CNC machines allow us to obtain the highest precision during the cut-out, milling, drilling and borings phases.
The glues we use give our products the class E1 (EN717-2/94) related to the content of formaldehyde.
Upon request we fix fittings, always made of multilayers, provided with nuts 6MA under seats and shellseats.
We are able to supply raw products or varnished, stained and varnished, RAL colours lacquered, fire resistant class 1 and class 2.
